Randy D. Lewis, CFA, MBA
Founder and Senior Equity Analyst of EquityNet, Randy Lewis has more than 13
years experience in security and portfolio analysis, as well as corporate
financial advisory and strategic planning. Prior to forming EquityNet, Randy
served as an equity analyst at SSI Investment Management, Inc., a $500-million+,
money management firm, specializing in sophisticated, hedged investment
strategies, and serving institutional and high net worth clients. Previous to
SSI, he was a financial analyst for Griffin Financial Services, the securities
and insurance brokerage of Home Savings of America, at the time the largest
savings and loan in the U.S. Randy has had several articles published, most
recently in HFR Journal of Hedge Fund Research on the subject of merger
arbitrage. He received his Bachelors Degree with honors in Finance from
California State University, Fullerton, an MBA from the Anderson School of
Management at UCLA and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation. He is also an assistant professor of business at Los Angeles Pierce
College and American Jewish University, as well as a member of the CFA Institute
(CFAI) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Flora Wynn
Ms. Wynn specializes in providing market research and valuation services for
both publicly traded and privately held companies. In her capacity at EquityNet,
and as a former Wall Street equity research analyst and investment banker, Ms.
Wynn has performed numerous business valuations for purposes of buy/sell
agreements, mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax, succession planning,
and purchase price allocation. Prior to EquityNet, Ms. Wynn was the managing
partner of the financial advisory services business unit of Xnergy LLC, a
leading provider of business, tax and financial advisory services for companies
ranging from start-ups to large conglomerates. At Xnergy, Ms. Wynn was
responsible for overseeing the firm's entire business valuation practice. She
also established an equity research division within Xnergy, which she also
supervised. At Xnergy, Ms. Wynn chose to focus her research coverage universe on
the tech and life sciences sectors.
Prior to this, Ms. Wynn was an equity research analyst at Wedbush Morgan
Securities, where she focused on the specialty retail sector. At Wedbush Morgan,
Ms. Wynn's coverage universe, at 26 companies, was among the broadest on Wall
Street. Ms. Wynn also spent time in the investment banking division of Wedbush
Morgan as a banker in the firm's retail group.
Additionally, Ms. Wynn has also provided financial consulting and business
advisory services for a number of Wall Street leaders.

Carl Ports, CFA
Carl Ports, CFA, joined EquityNet as a Senior Equity Analyst in the summer of
2000. Prior to accepting his position with EquityNet, Mr. Ports served as Equity
Analyst at SSI Investment Management, Inc., in Beverly Hills, California. At
SSI, his primary responsibilities were equity analysis and portfolio management
within the technology and media sectors of the firm’s long/short equity, or
market-neutral, portfolio. Additional responsibilities included analysis of risk
arbitrage and convertible bond portfolios. During his four-year tenure at SSI,
the firm was ranked as one of the top market-neutral investment managers in the
country. Mr. Ports has earned the CFA designation and earned his BS in Finance
from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining SSI, he served as an analyst for
Guild Investment Management. Before that, Mr. Ports was a Research Analyst for
